Biothe character.
Name: Bilius Percival Weasley
Gender: male
Year & House: He's older than Arthur (aged 43), and was a Hufflepuff at Hogwarts
Affiliation: neutral, but would probably side with the Order if he were ever needed
Appearance: Bilius Weasley. He's the balding, overweight, and short older brother of our own Arthur. His hair is the trademark orange, although it's thinning on top, but he combs it over his bald spot in an outright denial of his receding hairline. Bilius has been known to attempt to charm his hair back onto his head, but that usually results in either singed eyebrows or no hair at all.
Bilius is often seen wearing Hawaiian shirts that he finds at Muggle shops and also enjoys thong sandals. He usually has a bewildered expression on his face, but he's smarter and more aware than people tend to think. Bilius thinks wizards' robes are bothersome so he only wears them when it's absolutely necessary, and because of this, he has been called a blood-traitor.
PB: I typed "red hair man" into google, so it's no one famous.
History: Bilius, of course, is a member of the growing Weasley clan. He is the oldest of his siblings and was, therefore, the first to attend Hogwarts. When he was there, he had an affinity for herbology and he and his best friend, Xenophilius Lovegood, both graduated with NEWTs in herbology and barely passing grades in everything else. He had few close relationships at Hogwarts, except for Xenophilius, but that never bothered him. Bilius would much rather spend time with his bubotubers than with a human. What could be more rewarding than that satisfying squelch when one of its many swellings is popped?
After Hogwarts, Bilius spent some time traveling around the world in search of undiscovered shrubbery, but came up empty handed. He did, however, find a wonderful specimen of Devil's Snare, so that made the trip worthwhile. After his travels as a young man, Bilius settled in a flat in London that was big enough to house his plant collection. He doesn't live with a flatmate, but often visits with Xenophilius, who doesn't live far away, and his brother and sister-in-law at the Burrow.
Now he identifies unknown plants for the Ministry of Magic.
Personality: Bilius is a bit of an odd ball. He always tends to think differently than everyone else, and therefore was seen as "weird" when he was a student. This does not phase Billus and he ignores it, or, more likely, he is completely unaware of what people think about him. He usually has a unique point of view on a subject and is more than willing to give people his (unusual) opinion on whatever subject might be at hand. He's rather fond of cockroach clusters and is known for sending them as gifts around Christmas time.
People usually say that Bilius is amusing and good at parties because of his outlandish behavior and mannerisms, and is usually not dislike. He's a harmless man who enjoys having people around to whom he can talk about his latest yield of mandrakes or something of the
